When I finally got a hold of a TT rep they told me my account was closed and that my check was rejected I asked who told anyone to close my acct. I also asked if they could reactivate it since I've heard a few got theirs reactivated because I have my card and know my login info card info they said they couldn't. I mean IRS had my info correct and my DD was suppose to go to my TT card acct Jan 4th my get my payment still says that and not updated to send a check or unavailable. This is crazy just open my **bleep** acct because I bet my **bleep** money is on there.
