After you file
Hi all and thank you for the responses. Still no federal refund and was not able to connect live to anyone at IRS. Was disconnected on every attempt. Now IRS automated site status has changed to “no status” because of new year. Have tried to contact TurboTax directly but “phone systems are down” and I can’t get live help. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you.
