Your standard answer is the same one I've been getting for over 6 months. Yes, I clicked the big orange button to submit my federal taxes via e-file. I got the email confirming I submitted my federal taxes electronically (as did my state). My state was accepted in one day. My federal taxes went into 'pending' mode. First, I got a future estimated date in August. Then it got pushed to September, then October, then November, etc. I tried to contact Turbo Tax about it, but all I got was not to worry it will get accepted or returned. I wanted to cancel it but I was told I could not. Now I go in and I don't see anything!!! I see in the filing history the state taxes was filed, but where it once showed federal taxes prepared but supposedly not filed (when it once said it was) there is nothing except that I paid for federal e-filing. So, where did it go?!!! I can't even check the status. How can I get confirmation of submitting, get a pending notice and then just nothing, not a trace. I checked the IRS site and they have no record of anything submitted. Is There ANyone At Turbo Tax that cares to help?!!
