Hello guys,
I mailed in my 2019 tax return in July 2020 and upon checking the tracking number it shows that the return successfully arrived at the IRS facility. I used the where is my refund tool and it didn't help at all. I know that there has been delays in regards to mail in returns but is it normal that I still have not got my refund at this point? Should I contact IRS?
