- I have tried to complete the 3 step process several times, every day since we paid almost $100 to file my taxes on your app WHICH WE FOUND ON THE IRS WEBSITE! I am seriously disappointed due to fact that you scammed me! You got my 100 bucks several days ago however when I go to your messed up app it still says that I HAVEN'T FILED MY TAXES WITH YOU!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU WOULD SCAM UNITED STATES CITIZENS DURING OUR DARKEST HOUR!!!!! To add to the BS I can't even find a phone number on your site! Also, when I click on live help it takes me to a page to PAY for it!!!!Really? I would think that would be included in the $100 I have already paid for nothing! Please call me at your earliest convenience,
