I am trying to get a new card sent so that I may receive my 2nd stimulus payment but I spoke to one of your reps that told me my account was closed... Will my stimulus be sent back to the irs or can I reactivate my account somehow.
The rep lady gave me a website to order a new card but the website does not work and when I try to request a new card on the automated system it keeps telling me my birthdate is wrong...what do I need to do? This is crazy!
