My card was closed without my consent as well so our only option according to turbo tax is to let the payment be rejected and wait for a paper check however after being hung up on by customer service and told I was a liar I received a text stating my card would be reactivated by a specific time after that time and several additional hours I was still being told my card was closed and nothing could be done about it and I’d have to wait for my deposit to reject and the irs to mail a check
