Turbo Tax has nothing to do with the payments. The IRS is responsible for that.

ps if you do not receive the 1st or 2nd stimulus check and you are eligible, it will become a credit on your 2020 tax return. just follow the interview process in TT. Look at Line 30 of your completed 2020 tax return. if you test it now, the 1st payment is reconciled in there, but the 2nd one needs to be programmed.
