Hi! So I was in the same exact position you're in, my husband owes back support, he had no earned income, he and I have a child together, we filed a joint return and his ex got the whole return AND all 3 of our stimulus payments, over $4700!!! I have yet to receive any stimulus from the first round of payments but I did finally receive a partial tax refund in October accompanied by about $32 in interest. My refund was around $400 short and was said to have been sent to my husband (have no idea why), but he never received it?! I filed in February and included my injured spouse form with my return, however I had previously filed with the "Get My Payment" tool for stimulus not realizing I would have to file a 2019 return and from what I understand that was the problem!
