After you file

Every time I call to check my card or try to get a new one it says it can't help me because the account info is incorrect, I received my last stimulus and refund on that card no problem. I checked the website and it told me to keep the same card but when I checked the balance it can't find the card and they wont let me reorder another one. I recieved no reason as to why they deactivated my card.
