by any chance did you owe money in either 2018 or 2019? if so, did you authorized an 'auto debit' to pay what you owed as the IRS was not allowed to use that information for the stimulus direct deposit. that is the only thing I can think of. I assume you are stating you haven't changed bank accounts recently...
