I already files 2019 but the refund was put on hold because I forgot my 1095-A. Since I'm filing an amended return, do I get a refund of the difference?

I filed an amended return because i had to add a 1095-A, but it says I owe money now, I never received my original refund because the 1095-a form was missing. Now that the form has been entered and the return amended, does that mean the money i owe will be taken out of what i get as a refund and Ill be sent the difference?
