I give TurboTax my bank account number so the IRS can direct deposit my tax refund each year. Should I fear that the Russians now have my bank account number(s)?

Was my bank account number sent to the IRS by Turbo Tax retained at the IRS so that the Russians in their cyber attack n the U.S. Treasury now have access to my bank account?
