Thanks for the quick response. I don't think I had already paid for the 2019 online version, normally I pay right as I'm filing. I've followed the instructions about downloading the desktop version of 2019 but when I try to download the 2019 tax data file from online, I'm unable to - presumably because I hadn't already paid for the online version.
Do you know if there is any way possible to get the data I had already entered online for 2019? I was almost finished and am just hoping I don't have to start all over.
