Can I get to my 2018 return and amend it and refile as a paper document? If so How do I access my 2018 return?

I was not required to file but I sold mmy home and a Form 1099S was submitted to the IRS.   I just want to see if I can get the proper form to show no tax is due since I reinvested the total gain into another personal residence..
