After you file

WITH THE SINGLE EXCEPTION of the value on Line 16 (Amount paid with request for extension . . .) - and that line has $6,822 in it.

I have no idea where the $6,822 value came from and it is like Turbo subtracted bogus stuff from Column C to get the bogus entries in Column A - but Column C is essentially correct.

Do you have a schedule 3 in the data file?   Part II line 10?

And a Tax payments worksheet line 9?    If you do then that is a user entered amount from the interview that asks about tax payments and extensions.

If you do then that should have been part of your original refund.    When you filed, did you do a "save as PDF" as the filing instructions suggest that you do so you can see exactally what was filed?

I do not know how you can see what you see unless something was added to the .tax file after your filed.

If you did not file with that amount and it is not owed to you then I would simply start with a copy of the original .tax file (before amending) and in the forms mode, go to the tax payments worksheet and if the bogus line 9 $6822 amount is there  delete it.
