I'm trying to access last year's returns via a "documents" section in the left menu. However, there's nothing in the left menu. How can I access the full left hand menu?

I've used this method before. However, that was last month. This month, it seems the only left hand options are "intuit account" and "sign out". Beyond starting a new tax return, I see no other navigation options. Have I done something wrong?
