I just tried to call the number several times and the calls just ended automatically after all the selections. I will keep trying. I have some follow-up questions.
1 If I am not able to talk with the agent, does the local IRS office provide the information that I need? (Why my refund is still being processed)
2 If my 2019 tax return is not approved, will it affect my 2020 tax return filing? What would happen if my return is just not approved and I don't get any correspondence from IRS?
