Someone who I trusted prepared my 2019 return now I find it all the information was incorrect and I received a refund that I did not supposed to haveWhat do I do now?

All the information on the 2019 return was incorrect I did not find out about this until later  this year I was told by this bogus preparer that the refund I received was because of the COVID-19 so I did not question anything
