No, not a good idea if you already mailed it. Submitting a 2nd amended return could end up with two returns in the system at the same time which would red flag both and probably delay everything for about a year. Mailed returns are taking more than 6-7 months to process this year doe to the COVID-19 shutdown and backlog at the IRS.
