Just got off the phone with IRS again. Apparently a letter was sent but I have not received it. My return is under review. A lot of forums say that WMR or the IRS app will state if you are under review or if letter was sent. That is not true. There was no indication of a review online. Don’t bother with the app or website, just call after 21 days if no refund received.
