Why haven’t I received my federal taxes back? Yet I have paid out of my pocket what I owed to the state?

I filed April end it said it was excepted I e-filed but I haven’t received any money I was supposed to get $1233 back and I can’t get a hold of anybody I don’t think I’d ever use TurboTax again since I can’t contact anybody
