I don't think thats correct. Medicaid is there to help low income families and if your children are on medicaid its because you cannot afford to purchase medical insurance. The Attorney General should not be taking those funds from your children. Besides that is included in your child support balance. Your child should not be punished for that. I don't think that is correct. You should do some more digging on that! Did they send you a letter notifying you of those charges?
