I have filed my taxes (federal state) for 2018 using Deluxe service with Electronic filing included. I still shows "Return Status: Started" for 2018!!

I have filed my taxes (federal state) for 2018 using Deluxe service with Electronic filing included. I still shows "Return Status: Started" for 2018!!
I check for status and it says not even filed!!
