I had an amended tax return this year and used TurboTax to prepare it. I followed all the instructions in sending it to the IRS via mail but have not received my refund

I have submitted the info twice now and waited the amount of time stated (months) but nothing back from them ... is there any way to contact them and figure out status of my refund?
