Did you file a joint return? I received the same error for mismatching personal data so I entered my husbands and he was located. According to the IRS, either filing party should be able to access the information regardless of who is listed first on the tax forms. I am at a loss as to how to find myself or rectify a situation or possible fraud scenario.
