I prepaid for our taxes on July 15. At the time we couldn't find my husbands w-2's. His employer finally resent them to us. I just got done finalizing our taxes but it's wanting me to pay again. I received an email today that even says "As of September 29 at 3:00pm PST, our records indicate that you have paid for TurboTax, but have not yet filed your 2019 tax return. Take action today to ensure your taxes are filed by the October 15th deadline."
What do I do?
