For the past 3 years, after filing electronically, I have also had to submit a form 8453 with the 8949 box checked. Along with this I would attach a spreadsheet showing all of my transactions which had capital gains/losses.
I am having trouble finding these spreadsheets again for my own records. Would the IRS typically have copies of these readily available that they could send to me?
