I tried calling using the process that the poster above provided, but I was never able to get in to speak to someone. The one time I tried I got a message about lines being too busy and to call back later, so I just gave up. When did you submit your return? I got mine in pretty early (end of February), so I was probably pretty high in the queue when they finally started coming back from the COVID shutdown.
