I filed my taxes through Turbo Tax in February before the pandemic, and am still waiting. I check daily and it is stuck on still processing. People that have filed in April have gotten that taxes back already, and I am still waiting and it still says processing. I think it got lost on someones desk. There has to be another way to contact the Irs other that the automated phone.
