How can I change answer on line 10 of 8962 from yes to no? Lines 12-23 need to be completed but that doesn't happen unless I answer no. Can't figure out which part of the walk through impacts that answer. I only took SOME of my credits for the affordable health care plan in some of the months. Now the IRS is requesting 8962 have lines 12-23 filled out and i'd like my windows version of turbotax to do that. Cannot figure out how.
