Since the amount is under $12,400, you are not required to file.  If you do file, you won't owe any income tax so you would get that $120 back as a refund.  

 

If you think your parents might have filed in your name and taken your refund, you still might want to try and make an online account at the IRS and see if there is a transcript in your account for 2018.  If they did file, you can't get a refund by filing again, you would have to talk to them.
