I keep checking my refund on where's my refund with the IRS and the only reply I get is none of my information matches? Why am I getting this message and how do I know that they've received my taxes in the mail because TurboTax nor IRS either one can show me proof that even have my taxes. And is there anyway I can get a tax advance or something to help me financially until I receive my refund like a tax loan?
