So I just saw somewhere where it says that it can take up to 16 weeks to get your tax returns if you made an amendment is this accurate?

So I just saw somewhere where it says that it can take up to 16 weeks to get your tax returns if you made an amendment is this accurate?
I filed my tax return for 2019 on July 15th,2020. I did make an amendment when I filed. When do you think I will get my payment for my taxes
