I have not heard from IRS. Tried to check the status of my refund on the IRS2GO app, but it said "Refund Status Error, information does not match." Did my taxes get lost?

The IRS website says not to call, but I am worried because of the reason my taxes were rejected; my dependents were fraudulently claimed by another person.
