If I received unemployment last year 2019, do I have to file it on my 2019 tax return or wait until 2020 tax return?

I received unemployment last year and didn’t add it to my tax return.. should I amend my return? Someone told me that if you received it on 2019 you should
File them until 2020 but I don’t know if it’s the way to go. I still have this question because I’m Also receiving unemployment this year so am I gonna have to report it on my 2020 or wait til 2021....
