What did you purchase in March--a software download or a CD? And did you buy it directly from TurboTax?
If you purchased a software download from TurboTax, it should have been retrievable immediately after purchasing at this link below (if you are in the correct account from which you purchased it.)

If it's not there, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts, and if necessary, how to get help from TurboTax Customer Support. Or did you purchase a CD?
