Was your issue ever resolved? I'm experiencing the same and can't get a hold of anyone. I filed my 2019 Tax Return using TurboTax Deluxe. The Turbo Tax website says my federal return was accepted on April 1st. However, I'm unable to retrieve my transcripts and I have not received my refund. When I called the IRS I was told that they don't have a record of my filing and to allow 4 weeks as they have been experiencing delays due to COVID... That was in May and still nothing, no letter, no transcript, no way to confirm they actually received my e-filling or not... I have been calling TurboTax too as the IRS rep stated they have no record of my filling but there is no way to get a person on the phone. I don't know what to do at this point. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
