My 2019 taxes are filed. I am trying to do a 2020 estimate using the 2019 software. When I opened the 2019 TurboTax, it asked me to do a forms update. I did so. After that, it asked me to renter my 2019 license info. I do not have access to this information at this time as it is in transit to my new home. Therefore, I am looking for ways to get TurboTax to find my license which should have been in the program already from my purchase in January.
