I like to know what is going on! I still haven't received my refund. I filed with TT on Feb 1st 2020, received a letter to verify my income on Feb 19th 2020 ,said if I haven't heard anything from them in 60 days to call. Well in April, I called, and every month after that and no answer. I know that the covid kinda slowed down the process but give me a break here, it is already September and I still haven't heard from the IRS about my refund. All I get when I called is the recording of my status and still being processed. And on my letter there is no phone number in the right hand corner like they say there is. I am getting frustrated right now.
