Turbo Tax wont let me e-file Amended return to change filing status from Joint to HOH. The final e-file step keeps going in a loop to change filing status. The IRS rules say in general cannot amend filing status after due date but the IRS just now allowed e-filing amended returns. I already sent a paper return before the due date 16 weeks ago without any confirmation.
