I have the same problem. My return was e-filed and "Accepted" according to TurboTax. I got the email, the text message and I even just checked my account again: "Federal return accepted".
When I log into the "Where's my refund?" tool with my refund amount (more than 0), I get the "still being processed message".
It gets weird when I log in to the IRS transcripts page. There, for 2019 I see a "Verification of non-filing" letter for 2019.
