Good evening I filed my taxes through TurboTax and paid extra for the advanced, TurboTax already charged the fee from my bank even though I selected to deduct from my return, I read that I wouldn’t worry about anything as long as I paid the extra fee. Til this day I have not received my return and it has now been more than 5 months and IRS is asking for documents that I had already provided TurboTax. I don’t know if I’ll be filing through TurboTax again but this is absurd.
