I e filed my Federal, home state (and state I had worked in for a short time) last April. Recently I followed up (having received nothing) and found that the 3 entities had sent the refund amounts to my bank. The bank has no record of receiving anything. My question: I had agreed to have turbo tax take their fee out of my refund. Is the processing of these fees what is holding up my refunds? Getting so frustrated because I can't reach a human with this company!!!
