TT sends out 2 e-mails when a return is e-filed. the first says submitted. that means you successfully sent the electronic file to the IRS. then there is a second e-mail you're supposed to get after it's submitted. It will say accepted or rejected. since you say you never got them you probably never click on the icon to transmit it. try again
