After filing taxes, IRS does not have record of my 1040 form.

Hello,

2019 was the second time I used Turbotax to file my taxes. The app said that I had finished with my taxes, I received emails saying that my federal and state return accepted. I paid the amount that I owned the federal, and I received the refund check from the state. However, today I need a tax return transcript, I head to IRS to request it, and IRS says that "We have no record of a filed Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ using the above Social Security Number. You can consider this letter verification of non-filing." And when I check my account, it says that "Your 2019 Tax Return Has not been processed and the due date has passed". I check the account balance, it is not available.

What should I do now? I really need the transcript. I had done everything on Turbotax and it said that I had finished and everything was accepted. But now they do not appear on the IRS. Can you please help me out with this?

Everything was fine for 2018.
