Can I access my 2017 tax refund even if your database tells me I haven't filed? I'm very certain I filed with turbotax.

I need access to my 2017 refund, as I'm buying a home, and the database says I didn't file with turbotax, although I did, since I've created an account. Any insight would be welcomed.
