Good news. I submitted my tax return, W7 for my wife and had documents verified at TAC in Eugene, OR on Feb, 27th. I receeived a ITIN via mail yesterday (07/20). In the mail, it says my documents were processsed on June 29th. So it took 3 weeks for mailing the ITIN letter. Also, I check my refund on IRS website and the status is my tax return was received.
Quick update on my case. I checked Where is my refund today and received the following status:
Your tax refund is scheduled to be sent to your bank by August 13, 2020.
Also, my refund amount was adjusted to higher than requested amount in my tax return.
So here is my timeline:
Feb 27th: submitted tax return and ITIN application at TAC in Eugene, OR
June 29th: My document was processed
July 20th: Received ITIN letter, the status was able to check on Where is my refund page.
Aug 10th: Checked on Where is my refund page and saw my tax refund was schedule
Aug 13th: Receive refund ???
