I have called IRS and used there app to check where my IL. refund is that was accepted according to Turbo Tax on JUly 17th. They keep sending me a message that don't have file of my information. What the heck is going on??????? You need to look into this with the IRS. I need my refund as soon as possible. I never had this problem before with Tax Slayer. I should have kept them. I want a response back from you within 2 days. It is obvious that this has happened with other people with your company who has not received their refund when I looked at all the comments.
