So I made it through the maze, got transferred into the call queue, and then received a message that "due to high call volumes" the IRS is not able to take my call at this time. Apparently I'm supposed to try back a different time and see if I can get through then? I'll have to try really early in the morning when the line first opens, I guess.
2nd year in a row that I can't seem to get my refund... I should probably just adjust my withholding so I don't have to worry about this next year. I just happen to like the government helping me with my savings plan, lol.
